A mixed experience. Location was good
the hotel's location was good. it was just right for walking and local transit.
I added the executive lounge to my package but i found it lacking compared to others. the breakfast was subpar. I could find better fare all about.

lovely beds excellent shower quality amenities central location
the beds were lovely. the shower was excellent, i found high-quality bathroom amenities. my classic king room high floor was quiet, this helped me rest very well. the service was amazing, and i thank the staff. the hotel has a central location. the hotel maintains elegance that is impeccably kept.
the amenities credit is 'use it or lose it', and drink prices at the bar are very high, a tip already added to the bill!

The hotel's location is central, providing easy access to various points of interest. Many places are walkable. grand central terminal is close, and this facilitates easy access to different parts of town! numerous eateries are nearby, with a broad array of dining options.

In-room dining was consistently quick. the quality of the food was commendable, particularly given the speed of service. i got the club due to frequent stays and it was lovely. i didn't use it enough! the bar downstairs provides a relaxed atmosphere.

my room was quiet! my room was also spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was clean. the room size was nice. the lobby available for everyone is gorgeous. the room had everything needed for a comfortable visit.

The room was clean the king bed offered great comfort. I appreciated the responsive staff . The Santa event for children with cookies added a special touch for families.

Barclay is back in my book!
convenient location historic building friendly welcome efficient staff
This hotel offer a super convenient location. The hotel is in historic building. The check-in at reception was friendly. Kevin was efficient after a long flight. We got an upgrade to slightly larger room and it was worth it for a bit more space. Breakfast have wide variety of options and food quality was great.
There was a small mix-up about the checkout time and the staff coming to room before it.

This location is beyond excellent. This hotel is near several tourist attractions. The hotel is close to the subway so its easy to get around. You can see many interesting place.

The location was convenient to many attractions. my classic room offered ample space. It was nice and neat. the staff arranged transportation to the airport, recommending local attractions also.
the coffee facilities were not maintained daily, that surprised me.

The hotel has partnership with a nearby café. It offered 10% discount for breakfast. the breakfast choice seemed ample and caters particularly business community. food at lunch was marvelous.

The staff was friendly. They surprised families with a meet and greet with santa, a good way to enjoy the holidays. victoria at reception was really good. She was always ready to help.
